Shipping and Delivery
Any orders above £125 come with free delivery, orders below the threshold incur a £10 delivery charge.
We can offer next day delivery to any order in mainland UK and southern Scotland.
Please refer to our delivery terms for more detail response.
Yes we can offer same day collections. Just choose this option at check-out.
Next day delivery cut off is 16:30pm.
Returns

Our warehouse team work until 19:00pm, although our office closes at 17:00pm.
You can continue to place orders online whilst the office is closed and our warehouse team will handle them. Unfortunately any orders placed after 16:30pm will not be sent for next day delivery.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

- Set your new password: On the password reset page, enter and confirm your new password.
- Login with your work email and new password: After setting your new password, you can now login to the website using your work email address and the newly created password.
- Explore the functionality: Once logged in, you will have access to all the functionality from our previous site and additional features on the new website.
If you already have an account with us, our new website should be ready for you to just reset your password and access your wholesale pricing discount. If there are any issues with registering, please contact us.
