Simon Gear
As Managing Director since 2019, I've been part of the family business since 1997, realising my father's ambition to build a company for the next generation. I'm passionate about supporting the building services sector through face-to-face relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships. Outside of work, I find fulfilment in building lasting connections and bringing value to others.
Warwick Pocock
With over 15 years' experience in the fastener supply market, I've worked across every stage of the sector - from manufacturing, design, and technical testing through to distribution and installation. This breadth of experience has been central to shaping Prokura into a recognised and trusted brand, built on robust quality systems and a product range tailored to the building services sector. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, exploring the coast, entertaining friends, and tackling renovation projects.
Mike Rorks
With a background in HM Services and 25 years across Honda manufacturing and logistics, I bring military discipline and operational focus to Prokura's operations. Since 2021, I've ensured our warehouse runs like clockwork through precision and attention to detail. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and three children, countryside walks, reading military history, listening to opera, and following Gloucester and England rugby.
Rupert Illesley
Having worked as an accountant throughout my career, my experience spans both practice and industry, including builders merchants, renewable energy, and snowsports retail. This diverse background provides valuable perspective in managing Prokura's financial operations. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, Formula 1 and following football - though as a Wolves supporter, that requires patience and resilience
Russ Turner
With 15 years' experience across D2C and B2B marketing roles, starting my career at a FTSE 250 listed retailer, I've quickly discovered there's much more depth to the building services sector than first meets the eye. Since joining Prokura in 2024, I've focused on understanding our market and bringing our brand story to life. Outside of work, you'll find me in the gym, training for my next half marathon, or keeping an eye out for Prokura products in the wild for content opportunities.
Cy Richings
I've worked at Prokura for over 20 years, supporting key accounts nationwide and building an extensive network across the building services sector. This experience has given me in-depth product knowledge and the ability to support clients at every level. Outside of work, I'm passionate about motorsports and enjoy working on and riding my motorcycles, as well as playing golf, darts, and cricket.
Deryk Juby
Working alongside Cy since 2024, I support our key accounts nationwide with a focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring clients receive dedicated, responsive support. My role centres on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that keep their projects on track. Outside of work, I enjoy DIY projects and spending time with my family, including my nine grandchildren.
Bailey Gear
As part of the Business Development team since January 2024, I support clients with their M&E requirements and focus on building strong working relationships. The third generation to work in the business, I'm committed to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that keep projects moving forward. Outside of work, I'm passionate about staying active and exploring new places with friends and family.
Lyle Pocock
I joined Prokura in December 2024 and quickly immersed myself in the world of slotted channel, bracketry and fixings. Based in our Cotswold office, I’m here to support customers with their needs and ensure they receive the best possible service. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and keeping active through football, cricket, and golf.
Lucy Gray
With over 15 years experience in the building trade I am passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. I bring that same dedication and care into leading our customer service team. Outside of work I find joy and balance in family life and the calm of the countryside
Louise Sheppard
Having worked in key account support at Prokura for over 10 years, I've gained extensive technical product knowledge and understand exactly what it takes to ensure our key accounts receive what they need, when they need it. My experience helps me anticipate customer requirements and deliver seamless support. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, theatre visits, playing skittles, and listening to music
Hannah Stanton
Starting as a Key Account Manager in 2021, I moved into purchasing in 2022 where I discovered my passion for supply chain management. I oversee the procurement and quality assurance processes, working with suppliers globally to ensure product quality and availability for our customers. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit at the gym and socialising with friends.
Andy Curtis
I've been with Prokura for 13 years, managing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient stock management and dispatch. My experience across more than a decade has given me deep knowledge of our systems and processes, ensuring smooth daily operations. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and fishing at the local lakes.
Alex Hicks
I've been part of the Prokura team for 8 years, specialising in customer deliveries and ensuring orders reach our clients on time and in full. I take pride in being a reliable link between our warehouse and our customers. Outside of work, I'm passionate about all things automotive, including my Ford Fiesta ST.
