We’ve changed our name to Prokura because we are the experts in the procurement of these essential products. Our product range, quality, and customer service remain the same, but there will be some changes in how we go about our business.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that the real cost to you, the environment, and the people within our business and supply chain is kept to a minimum.

- Our procurement is sustainable and ethical – a thorough sourcing process ensures the quality and durability of our products because durable products create less waste in the long term.
- All halogen light bulbs have been replaced with energy-efficient LED bulbs, and are placed on timers
- We carefully manage our waste and recycling.
- All suppliers, wherever they are based, must comply with recognised environmental and ethical standards.
- Wherever possible our business is built on sustainable and ethical practice – we like to invest in our people and have employed generations of the same family.
- Where possible we only use environmentally friendly UK delivery companies and optimise consignment size for efficiency.
- Our packaging is recycled and FSC accredited. We have already replaced bubble wrap and foam packing chips with recycled paper.
- We now use 30% less plastic wrap on-site.
- Our small fleet of company vehicles is mostly electric and we aim to switch away from ICE vehicles entirely in the near future.
